Overview

See Everest without trekking. This spectacular one-day helicopter tour flies you from Kathmandu to the Everest region, landing at Kala Patthar (5,545m) for breakfast with the world’s highest peaks surrounding you. It’s the most dramatic day trip in the Himalayas.

The flight passes over terraced valleys, through deep river gorges, and past the Sherpa villages of the Khumbu before landing at an altitude higher than Everest Base Camp itself. On clear days, you’ll see Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and dozens of other peaks stretching to the horizon.

Perfect for those short on time, those who can’t trek due to fitness or age, or anyone who wants the ultimate mountaintop experience in a single day.
